Our premier product is a bespoke website for measuring retail execution standards. Zumo Audits takes the old maxim “What gets measured gets done” into the retail execution space. Traditionally retailers have used a “tick and flick” checklist for assessing store performance. Typically this was time consuming, inaccurate, not able to be used for comparative purposes and sometimes completed away from the store itself. With Zumo Audits we use our trademarked FAR SPPACE™ process to compare, contrast and measure in-store performance.

The site allows a retailer to do their own measurement and then compare the results with previous history. There is the opportunity to put commentary in for each element suggesting solutions to the issues noted.

In a group or brand of stores, each store is assessed not only by the store itself, but also by the Territory Manager/BDM/KAM’s. This immediately allows comparisons between the scores (Store versus brand representative), but also by territory, state, national, demographic and geographic areas.
