As a retail management consultancy business, Zumo Retail Ltd has developed three central pillars to our business; workshops, consulting and websites. All three pillars are designed to make life not just better for retailers, but easier.

Our consultants work closely with our clients to design, build and deliver innovative solutions that not only meet the brief, add on-going value to the clients business. Zumo Retail Ltd has consulting professionals who develop deep specialist knowledge in various retail channels, businesses and functional areas. Just as importantly they know how to imbed the skills deep inside the client’s business.

Zumo Retail Ltd has a focus on collaboration with clients. Our consultants draw on their knowledge, combining their experience with business know-how to deliver practical implementation for our clients. Where appropriate, other consultants from our talented group will be deployed for specific projects.

We are a privately owned business.

The vision is to provide our clients with tools that make a real difference to our retailer clients. We do this via workshops, consulting and web sites. Our business mantra is “adding value in all that we do.”

We employ creative thinkers and true advocates of retail. Our people are a huge part of our success story. Since its inception, Zumo Retail has only employed senior consultants; therefore our consulting careers are limited to those who are deeply experienced retail professionals. Recruiting Process

Our recruiting process helps ensure we have the right people in the right roles. The first step in the process is to review this website and get a feel for who we are the type of work we do and decide if you find us attractive as an employer. You’ll also have a really big question to answer – how can you add value to our clients?

Interview process

To ensure that we hire the most appropriate individuals for consulting opportunities, we conduct a rigorous interview process. You may be contacted by a Zumo Retail Ltd Executive, or a recruiter to discuss your resume or CV.

This may result in a first interview where your experiences and interests at a high level, will be discussed. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at Zumo Retail Ltd. If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you will have interviews with our Executives and require a more in-depth discussion about your skills and experiences.

All Zumo retail Ltd employees undergo a PDP ProScan© survey to assess their personality and determine how they will fit the role and the team.
